Introduction

The H.O.M.E.S. Lot Information Viewer is an optional component of the ‘H.O.M.E.S.’ sales and administration software system, designed to be used at construction site offices, to provide access to information provided by the head office, as well as the sales office for the associated project, and to track the completion status of all work for each lot or unit. The system provides a site office with access to only the information pertinent to the construction process. Financial information collected by the main H.O.M.E.S. system is not displayed in the Lot Information Viewer, since it is not considered pertinent or required by a construction department. 

The principle of the system is to maximize efficiency by ensuring construction site offices are kept connected and informed of all details pertaining to a project, as well as providing construction completion information back to head office, thereby helping to eliminate errors and omissions in the administration of construction.
