• Microsoft Windows Server (NT4 or later) or Windows XP or later edition with Terminal Services enabled and sufficient client access licenses for remote users. (3rd party software may be required for Windows XP or Small Business Server.)
• Microsoft Word® 2010, 2007, 2003, XP or 2000 installed on terminal server
• MS-Access® 2000 or later (only required on 1 station at head office for upgrades, but preferred on terminal server)
• 50Mb hard disk space (varies)
• High-speed Internet Connection with static IP or other constant Internet address

(Uses data exchange/synchronization to link offices where Internet access is not available or reliable.)

Remote (Off-line) Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Clients:
