H.O.M.E.S.

 

H.O.M.E.S. is a project management software system designed for home and condo builders to automate and organize the sale and construction of dwellings. The system is primarily geared toward builders who develop projects consisting of subdivisions and/or condominiums. H.O.M.E.S. Purchase Order System is an optional component of the H.O.M.E.S. homebuilders’ software system, designed to automate and organize requisitioning and purchasing from contractors. The system is fully integrated with the main H.O.M.E.S. system, and is useful for generating and tracking purchase orders, recording invoice payments, and ensuring no premature payments, duplicate payments or over-payments are made. The system is fully integrated with the main H.O.M.E.S. system’s data, and is useful for generating and tracking work orders and maintaining a complete history of all details pertaining to after-sales service matters. The H.O.M.E.S. Lot Information Viewer is an optional component of the H.O.M.E.S. sales and administration software system, designed to be used at construction site offices, to provide access to construction related information, and to relay back to the head office work completion status information. This module ensures the construction site office is always kept up-to-date about what is to be done for every lot or unit, as well as making sure head office is kept informed of the work completion status for every lot/unit.
