We are proud of our software and back it up 100%. In fact, we have a unique policy of correcting any problems or imperfections found in our products typically within 24 hours of discovery! Also, if you call with a question or need something demonstrated, with your authorization we can connect directly with your computer via the Internet to share screens and supply immediate hands-on training and assistance. (You don't even need any software pre-installed. Naturally, your authorization is required each time.)

When you call for assistance, you will be speaking directly with an expert programmer so you can rest assured your questions will be answered to your satisfaction as quickly and accurately as possible every time.
