Sample Reports - H.O.M.E.S. Construction Site System: Software for Home Builders and Condo Builders

Reporting with the H.O.M.E.S. Construction Site system is powerful and flexible. Wherever relevant, you may specify what data you require in order to filter out only the information you are interested in, and without the need to learn any complicated query jargon.

With all applicable reports, you may also specify the order in which you would like the information presented. Since most reports have many possible specifications and these may be selected in any logical combination, the quantity of different reports is practically limitless. Below is an example of the report options for the 'Colours Analysis' report:

All reports built-in to the H.O.M.E.S. system are pre-formatted and ready to go. You need only select the report you require, and optionally select your desired specifications and the report is generated for you without having to worry about the report's design. If however you require a unique report that is not already part of the H.O.M.E.S. system, no problem! You can create your own custom reports that are automatically presented fully formatted in MS-Excel®, or use Microsoft Access® or your favorite report generating tool to create your own custom reports.

By default, all reports are displayed on-screen with the H.O.M.E.S. system's powerful report viewer. With the report viewer you can instantly jump from page to page, scroll in any direction with the mouse or keyboard, zoom in and zoom out, and view multiple pages at the same time without having to print. You can even view different reports (up to 10) on-screen simultaneously side-by-side.

Below are samples of a few of the reports available in the H.O.M.E.S. Customer Service System. The report image sizes have been scaled down as much as possible while still remaining legible in an attempt to minimize the amount of scrolling necessary for those viewing the pages with smaller computer screens or low resolutions. The actual larger full size reports are much more clear.
