H.O.M.E.S. Lot/Unit Status Report

The Lot/Unit Status Report displays all lots/units for a project, sold, unsold or both sold and unsold lots/units combined as shown below. The report may be generated with or without the selling prices and deposits received totals for each lot/unit. This enables printing a report that is still suitable for viewing by potential purchasers at sales offices. You may notice from the lot/unit numbers that a project can consist of any combination of different types of dwellings. Here, the sample project has detached, semi-detached and town homes.
