H.O.M.E.S. Changes by Trade Report

The Changes by Trade Report displays for each trade all of the firm upgrades and extras for each lot/unit, optionally including the associated cost with subtotals by lot/unit. You may filter the report for a specific trade, lot/unit, Option, date(s) sold etc in any combination. In addition, this report may be used to display only those Upgrades/Extras that are missing trade costs, to ensure no costs are missed.

(Please Note: The report has been shrunk down and converted to an image for those viewing with small screens. The actual reports are much more clear.)

The example below displays the Upgrades/Extras for all trades and all lots that were sold on July 9th including costs. Of course, the report is also available without costs.
