H.O.M.E.S. Sample Amendment to Purchase Agreement

The example below shows a simple amendment to a purchase agreement, in which the closing date is changed. To create an amendment, you need only enter the amendment date, description, text to be deleted, and text to be inserted in its place, and then the amendment is ready for printing. Naturally, your amendment may differ, and that is fine because you can customize your documents any way you wish since they are printed using Microsoft Word® document templates. 

Notice that all purchaser, lot/unit, and model information is filled in for you. When you print a document, H.O.M.E.S. automatically fills in the information from the database in the template's designated positions. There is a multitude of information that can be inserted, typically including anything pertinent to the amendment or the originating offer.
