Information We Collect

Falcon Software does not collect personal information other than corporate contact information of our customers. The type of contact information we collect may vary based upon the way we interact with you, but typically we only retain contact information such as company name, contact name(s), telephone number(s) and e-mail address(s), as well as historical information including the products you have licensed, and the services we have performed for you. Falcon Software also records anonymous website statistics on our server logs from your browser, including your current IP address, and the pages you request when you visit our websites. This is done strictly to assist us in determining the effectiveness of our websites.

As we specialize in the development of business management software that enables you, our customer, to host your own data, Falcon Software does not collect or store your data except in rare cases where you have authorized the acquisition of a temporary copy of data for diagnostic purposes. In these rare cases it is our policy to delete the temporary copy of the Information immediately upon the completion of the diagnostic procedure.

How We Use Collected Information
