H.O.M.E.S. Sold-to-Date Report (by lot/unit)

The Sold-to-Date Report displays all lots/units with firm offers for a project. The report may be generated with or without selling prices and total Extras sales for each lot/unit, and you may report for specific date(s) sold, closing date(s) etc. The report may be sorted by lot/unit number, closing date, date sold, model type or sales agent. When sorting by model type or sales agent, subtotals are displayed for each category to assist in determining sales performance.

This example reports all lots/units sold since from June 1st to August 31st including sales figures, and is sorted by lot/unit number:
