H.O.M.E.S. Service Log History Report

The Service Log History Report lists customer service log entries according to the user's specifications.

The service log is the historical list of events logged while using the H.O.M.E.S. Customer Service System. Whenever work orders are created or completed, automatic log entries are recorded in the service log. In addition users can make manual log entries whenever applicable, including notes associated with specific work orders, customers, contractors, communications etc.

The Service Log History Report can then be used to track service history by lot/unit, as well as to analyze trends by filtering log entries by lot/unit, contractor, trade, date(s) and text found the description or notes/details of log entries. This makes it easy to identify potential problems, perhaps such as complaints from multiple customers about a specific contractor etc.

The example below shows a list of log entries applicable to a specific plumber for all lots/units from June 1 to June 30th:
