H.O.M.E.S. Offer, Amendment and Extras List Reports

The Offer List, Amendment List, and Extras List Reports are useful in displaying Offers, Amendments and Extras regardless of status. Since Offers, Amendments and Extras each have a status (Firm, Awaiting Approval, Conditional etc) these reports are useful in reporting entries with statuses other than firm. (Most other reports generated by the H.O.M.E.S. system are concerned only with firm Offers and their associated Amendments and Extras.) These reports enable viewing by status, as well as by dates etc so you can see for example, all the new Offers that were submitted yesterday to head office for approval. The reports may be sorted numerous ways including: lot/unit number, purchaser name, status, date, date firm, payment status etc. wherever applicable.
