H.O.M.E.S. Contractor Efficiency Report

The Contractor Efficiency Report provides an analysis of complete work orders with respect to the time required by the contractor to complete the work, and categorizes them similar to an aged receivables or aged payables report in user definable ageing period categories. You may report for a specific lot/unit, contractor, trade, date(s) etc in any valid combination.

This report is especially useful to stay on top of trends regarding the proficiency of contractors. and to ensure you are using the most efficient contractors to complete customer service work, thereby improving customer satisfaction and ensuring your customer service reputation remains first-rate.

The example below shows a detailed analysis of all completed pre-delivery inspection (PDI) work orders created from June 1 through June 30th.
