H.O.M.E.S. Sample Purchase Agreement Features List

The example below shows a sample Features List, which is a schedule included as part of the purchase agreement which typically displays all of the upgrades/changes selected by the purchaser, and that are included as part of the original purchase agreement. Naturally, your schedule may differ, and probably the schedule name is different, and that is fine because you can customize your documents any way you wish since they are printed using Microsoft Word® document templates. 

This example is for a project using fixed, tax-included pricing, therefore pricing for each individual upgrade is displayed, and the tax is not broken out in the totals. If you negotiate offer prices from purchasers and therefore do not want prices broken down, or if you prefer to have taxes broken out in the totals, that is fine. H.O.M.E.S. provides options to work any way you prefer, therefore the features list can be customized suit your needs.

Notice that all purchaser, lot/unit, model and financial information is filled in for you. When you print a document, H.O.M.E.S. automatically fills in the information from the database in the template's designated positions. There is a multitude of information that can be inserted, typically including anything pertinent to the offer.
